The reception staff were cute, dealing with my requests promptly. The overall quirky vintage decor added charm, and the clean room was equipped with a cozy bed and good touches, like complimentary water.
Shower door had issues.

Perfectly clean place with amazingly nice staff. Marvellous, magnificent location in Central Brussels-Louise area. Based adjacent to a ton of restaurants and tram line and restaurants. Continental breakfast with gluten free options, good variation of food plus good tea.

Great design! Very friendly staff.
The room was quite small, in particular the bathroom.I Was on my own in a double room which was fine but it would be small for 2 people.

The hotel is very beautiful and is a place of quietness in busy Brussels. The building is beautiful renovated, everywhere you can find decorations of the sixties and seventies. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly.
The desk in the room was a little bit small, so for a business traveller, it is a bit difficult to do your 'homework'.

The family room was cozy and perfect for our stay with 4 kids. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast with fresh pastries every morning. The location was great for exploring, especially loved wandering around the Royal Library of Belgium nearby.
In my wife's opinion, extra amenities for kids would be great.

Nice hotel with original furniture and vintage atmosphere. In a quiet street but close to Metro and to the shopping area. Nice outside courtyard, in summer,
WiFi connection in the courtyard was not very good.

I loved the quirky vibe of my Standard Double Room and those little chocolates left on my pillow were a sweet touch! The cozy bar and the outdoor terrace provided great spots to unwind after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the shower could use a bit of maintenance, but it didn't spoil my fun 😊
